Important: the data and reports published on EconoView.ai are for informational and educational purposes only. Under no circumstances do they constitute financial, investment, tax, legal or any other regulated advice.

EconoView.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the data. Macroeconomic data comes from third parties and may be subject to revisions. The projections and analyses contained in AI reports are estimates based on historical data and are not reliable predictions of future outcomes.

Any investment or financial decision you make based on information from this site is your sole responsibility.

Purchases and Payments

Country reports are sold individually, via a one-time payment. The current price is displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS certified payment platform. EconoView.ai does not store credit card data.

Once payment is confirmed, the report is automatically sent to the email address provided within a maximum of 5 minutes. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@econoview.ai.

Refund policy: since reports are delivered immediately and contain on-demand generated content, we do not offer refunds except in cases of demonstrable technical error (e.g. report not delivered, or report for a different country than requested). Refund requests must be sent to hello@econoview.ai within 48 hours of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All website content — including design, code, text, graphics and generated reports — is owned by EconoView.ai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Purchased country reports are for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, redistribution, public publication or any commercial use without prior written authorisation from EconoView.ai is expressly prohibited.

The macroeconomic data displayed on the site comes from publicly available open-access sources and is owned by the original agencies (World Bank, IMF, OECD, Eurostat, FRED).

EconoView.ai may contain links to third-party websites (data sources, reference articles, etc.). These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply any endorsement on our part. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of external websites.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EconoView.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including economic losses or investment decisions made on the basis of site content.

EconoView.ai's total liability to any user, for any cause, shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of the service, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Modifications
